You may cancel your Acupuncture, Massage, or Red Light Therapy Meditation appointment 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Something came up last minute, cancellations, no-shows or appointment modifications within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be charged the full-service cost. You may cancel your facial appointment 48 hours in advance with no penalty. No shows and late arrivals that need to be rescheduled will be charged the full cost of your service. Running late? Arrivals more than 10 minutes after the start time must be rescheduled.
